How are “microclimate communities” one of the biggest influences in our lives?

Understand these and some ways to begin resolving them in this informative video.

In a very recent conversation

[a friend] and I were reflecting on our social media reality, on the need to filter down messages and manage our overwhelm.
In one scroll, you see birthday wishes, happy kittens, battered dogs, Donald Trump, soulful poems and heart-wrenching images of the Lahore attack. Where does your eye stop? Where does your soul wonder?
The kaleidoscope of emotions that follows can, ultimately, make us become passive and numb witness of the reality that unfolds in front of us.
Melissa and I equated the FB Newsfeed with the old practice of channel surfing, where we would parade in front of our eyes, diapers, killers, weather reports and delicious recipes, all in one augenblick.
Sometimes I wonder what all this mixed exposure does to our brain, to our ability to feel emotions and, even more so, what does it do to our children who do not know a different world than this one in which they are growing up.
